A machine designed for heating and maintaining constant temperature of
chocolate coating and its storage. Especially designed for lines using
chocolate coating - for example in production of VIENETTA type ice-cream
rolls, ice-cream cups and cones (cornets) dipped in chocolate, stick
ice-cream, layer cakes ant other kinds of products. Equipped with a 100 -
200 litre capacity tank with a heated insulated water jacket, a chocolate
mixer (stirrer) a closed cycle operation pump designed for additional
aeration of chocolate and a set of valves for transporting chocolate to
collection devices.
A special pump which is not subject to cleaning once its work is over may
also be installed with a changed additional heating water cycle in a version
known as the "MARIKA 2" model.
