ROLET 2000 A fully automatic machine designed for production of tray packed ice-cream rolls. Equipped with a two-three flavour ice-cream extruder, ordinary (fixed) or rotary - according to your needs or our designs. A movable device for ice-cream rolls' top & side decoration and decorative topping with nuts or chocolate. Automatic cutting to the required length with a heated cutting device activated by an optical sensor reacting to visible sign marks on ice-cream rolls' trays. Additionally it is equipped with wide range of rotating extruders or special mechanism for ASTORIA type cake. The machine's output capacity is adjustable and varies from 800 to 2000 units per hour.
