MARCO POLO An automatic line for production of stick ice-cream. The line consists of a body made of polyurethane foam covered with multi-layer painted steel iron and an inspection door; two freon 50 kW power Copelland R-404 refrigerating units with a large air change capacity four-fan cooler (or a fully automatic NH3 cooler for connection to the existing ammoniacal network); a stretcher type conveyer equipped with stainless steel trays, a forming (shaping) two-cutter extruder unit, a stick insertion device, a unit for the product's collection and its dipping in chocolate as well as its further supply to a packing machine and packaging with the use of a FLOW-PACK packaging machine. The line's output capacity is up to 5000 units per hour. Specific technical parameters vary depending on different models manufactured according to individual orders and needs of our customers.
