SANDY

A machine designed for production of one-two-three flavour sandwich type ice-cream. The machine consists of a bottom wafer feeder from which it is taken with a conveyor clamp to a cutting device of vertical extrusion. Previously formed ice-cream custard is then properly cut to the bottom wafer's size and a top wafer is put on. Such a prepared product is automatically packed with the use of a horizontal flow-pack type packaging machine.

The machine' output capacity is adjustable and varies from 800 to 5500 units per hour. L-4000, W-800, h-1700mm. Weight 420kg.
