A machine designed for dipping ice-cream tops (so called "caps") of the
wafer cup or cone (cornet) in chocolate coating. Equipped with a 50 tray
four-row conveyer, trays with holes and moulded forms used for vertical
holding of a wafer cup or cone (cornet)and a set of needles plunged into the
product. The product-filled trays are transformed in a step-by-step cycle
downwards the machine where a dipping tank with chocolate level regulation
is situated. The product is then conveyed over a nut decorative topping tank
where the ice-cream "cap" is topped with chopped nuts or wafers. Once this
phase of production process is over the product is manually collected from
the machine or automatically put onto a supplementary conveyer. The machine
has its own heated 60 litre capacity chocolate tank equipped with a separate
circulation pump.
The machine's output capacity is adjustable and varies from 1000 to 16000
units per hour.
