NITROLINE

An automatic line for production of ice-cream, ice-cream bars and other kinds of ice-cream products in horizontal or vertical extrusion, with the use of tunnel-type cryogenic freezer using liquid nitrogen as a cooling agent (the product is gradually subjected to freezing at temperatures ranging from 30_stopni_C to 90_stopni_C). The adventage of such a technology consists in relatively small-sized effective cold room causing deep freezing of the product within maximum 10 minutes' time. The line consists of a body made of stainless steel filled with high-density polyurethane foam, a horizontal stretcher type convayer equipped with stainless steel trays, a horizontal forming (shaping) two-cutter extruder unit or a one-cutter stick insertion device, a unit for the product's collection and its dipping in chocolate as well as its further supply to a packing machine and packaging with the use of a FLOW-PACK packing machine. The freezer's unit has fully automatic functions and it is equipped with controls to be used for connection to the existing liquid nitrogen network. The line's output capacity is up to 5000 units per hour.
